BRP Inc. (TSX:DOO) (NASDAQ:DOOO) announces that it has completed the previously announced acquisition of substantially all the assets related to the powersports business of Kongsberg Inc. in Shawinigan, Quebec (henceforth referred to as "KA Shawinigan"), a subsidiary of Kongsberg Automotive ASA.
