("Inter Pipeline") (TSX: IPL) are pleased to announce the successful completion of Brookfield Infrastructure's strategic acquisition of Inter Pipeline pursuant to the previously announced statutory plan of arrangement under the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) (the "Arrangement").
