Description

Azelis, a leading global innovation service provider in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industry, has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the shares of CPS Chemicals (Coatings) Pty Ltd. This acquisition expands Azelis’ footprint in South Africa, complementing its lateral value chain in the CASE segment and allowing Azelis to serve customers better and accelerate growth in South Africa and the broader EMEA region.
