Description
Nintendo has entered into an agreement with Embracer Group to acquire 100 percent of the outstanding shares of Miami-based game developer Shiver Entertainment. This acquisition aims to bring Shiver’s experienced and accomplished development team under Nintendo’s umbrella, intended to secure high-level resources for porting and developing software titles while allowing Shiver to continue its focus on commissions for multiple platforms, including Nintendo Switch.
