Igneo Infrastructure Partners, an autonomous investment team in the First Sentier Investors Group, has agreed to acquire the concessionaire AEDL – Auto-Estradas do Douro Litoral (AEDL) from investment funds managed by Strategic Value Partners, LLC and its affiliates (SVP), along with other minority investors. This acquisition represents Igneo's investment in high-quality, mid-market infrastructure companies and will further strengthen its portfolio of diverse infrastructure assets across Europe.
