Kanders & Company completes acquisition of Antenna and Test Equipment Businesses from L3Harris to form Fisica, a new defense technology platform

Kanders & Company, Inc., a single-family office, has successfully completed the acquisition of certain antenna and test equipment businesses from L3Harris Technologies. These acquired businesses, including ATI, Datron, and Randtron, will now be consolidated under Fisica, Inc., the new defense technology platform of Kanders. Fisica is based in San Leandro, Calif., with additional operations in Menlo Park and Simi Valley, Calif., and is well-positioned for growth as a critical partner for defense primes and the U.S. Department of Defense.
