Description

Legrand continues its strategy of bolt-on acquisitions with the announcement of two new acquisitions. UPSistemas, a Colombian specialist in the integration, commissioning, maintenance, and monitoring of technical infrastructures, especially for data centers, and APP (Australian Plastic Profiles), a leading Australian in cable management (ducts) for all types of buildings. With these acquisitions, Legrand strengthens its position and expands its market share.
