Grove Collaborative has completed the acquisition of substantially all assets of 8Greens, enhancing its foothold in the wellness sector. This strategic move enables Grove to expand its product offerings and better serve health-conscious customers. Dawn Russell, founder of 8Greens, will join Grove as a consultant post-acquisition. 8Greens products will be available through Grove's marketplace starting April 2025.
