KnowBe4, the provider of the world’s largest security awareness training and simulated phishing platform, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Egress, a leader in adaptive and integrated cloud email security. This acquisition aims to strengthen KnowBe4's email security platform by integrating Egress’ Intelligent Email Security suite and enhancing overall threat intelligence and AI-based email security.
