Milestone Capital, Inc., in collaboration with D2 Equity Capital, LLC, has acquired a majority interest in a newly formed entity created to acquire the assets of MCIP Industrial Enterprises Corp. This acquisition includes MCIP’s pipe coating plants in Pearland, Texas, and aims to position MCIP to be one of the fastest-growing pipe coating companies in the Gulf Coast, with the goal of making MCIP the 'go to' pipe coating facility in the region.
