Pluribus Technologies Corp. completes sale of TeleMED Diagnostic Management Inc. and TDM Telehealth Technology Ltd.

Pluribus Technologies Corp. (TSXV: PLRB) has announced the closing of the sale of substantially all of the assets of its wholly-owned subsidiary, TeleMED Diagnostic Management Inc., and all of the issued and outstanding fully-diluted shares of its wholly-owned subsidiary, TDM Telehealth Technology Ltd. for an aggregate purchase price of $5,070,000 payable in cash. The sale allows Pluribus to focus its resources and efforts on core business activities and further strategic objectives. The purchaser is committed to maintaining the businesses' relationships with customers and employees over the long term.
