MRI Software has acquired Insurent, a New York City-based lease guarantor provider, to create a comprehensive insurance offering. This acquisition aims to increase occupancy and eliminate rent loss for multifamily landlords and property owners by combining MRI's resident insurance and fraud mitigation offerings with Insurent's lease guarantor services. The strategic alignment of both companies will enable the integration of Insurent's offerings into the MRI Living® suite of multifamily solutions, providing an enhanced user experience across the residential lifecycle.
