PS Logistics has announced the acquisition of founder-owned flatbedding company, Fluker Transportation, based in Louisiana. Fluker Transportation, focused on hauling steel, construction equipment, and military defense related freight in the southeastern United states, will now operate under the name Blair Logistics, a subsidiary of PS Logistics. This acquisition aligns with PS Logistics' strategy of partnering with founder- or family-owned trucking companies and is expected to provide greater freight choices to the drivers and more capacity to the customers, ensuring long-term success and growth.
