Description

Lindab has completed the acquisition of HAS-Vent Ltd as of 1 July 2025. This acquisition follows a review by the British competition authority, the CMA, which allowed for the integration of operations. The deal will strengthen Lindab's sales and production capabilities in the UK ventilation market. Following the acquisition, Lindab and HAS-Vent will have over 30 distribution branches in the UK.
