Description

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) has announced the acquisition of a 95% stake in Gopalpur Port (GPL) located in Odisha, India, from the Shapoorji Pallonji Group (SP Group) for an equity value of Rs 1,349 crore and an enterprise value of Rs 3,080 crore. This strategic move is aimed at strengthening APSEZ's east coast presence and expanding its pan-India port network, enhancing its integrated logistics capabilities and supporting the industrial growth of the region.
