Nordic Cold Chain Solutions completes acquisition of Minus Works Inc. and expands facilities to integrate sustainable cold chain technology

Nordic Cold Chain Solutions has successfully acquired Minus Works Inc., a US-based manufacturing company specializing in sustainable cold chain products. As part of the acquisition, Nordic is building a new, next-generation manufacturing facility in Pottstown, Pennsylvania, expanding operations in Reno, Nevada, and assuming control of the Minus Works facility in Long Island, New York. These developments will scale the innovative Minus Works technology and further enhance Nordic’s ability to provide sustainable cold chain solutions nationwide.
