Force Bidco A/S, operating as FairWind, has successfully completed the acquisition of Wind1000 Corporate Holding S.L. This acquisition aligns with FairWind’s global expansion strategy and provides synergies for both companies for further growth and expansion across the installation and service market in Europe and South America. The former owners of Wind1000 will continue in the group, taking on the responsibility for the Southern Europe and South American region for FairWind.
