Description

Green Panda Capital has signed an agreement with DeepGreenX for a reverse takeover. The deal will make DeepGreenX a wholly owned subsidiary of the new public entity. Following the transaction, existing DeepGreenX shareholders will own 97% of the resulting company. The transaction is pending TSX Venture Exchange approval.
