Description

Kyndryl, the world's largest IT infrastructure services provider, has acquired privately held Skytap to expand its hybrid cloud services portfolio and help customers modernize mission-critical infrastructure platforms. Additionally, Kyndryl has entered into a definitive agreement to divest its Securities Industry Services business in Canada to Broadridge to enhance its focus on core growth areas.
