Groupe ICAPE extends its activities in the UK with the acquisition of ALR Services Ltd.

Groupe ICAPE, a global distributor of printed circuit boards (‘PCB’) and electromechanical parts, has announced the acquisition of 100% of the capital of ALR Services Ltd., a UK-based distributor of PCB. The acquisition aims to establish a strong foothold in the highly competitive UK market for PCB distribution and to capitalize on synergies and cross-selling opportunities between the two organizations, leading to increased post-integration revenue. This strategic move also enables ALR Services to offer the full range of services provided by the Groupe ICAPE’s global platform to its portfolio of 300 active clients in the defense and automotive industries, expanding Groupe ICAPE's presence in one of the main PCB distribution markets in Europe.
